Please Follow the Below Setup Process to Connect your WhatsApp Account with Tally Prime.

STEP 1 – Create / Login to Your Account Process

1. Open the Smart WA Portal.

2. Click Start Free Trial if you are creating your account for the first time.

3. Enter your WhatsApp mobile number.

4. Click Send Verification OTP.

5. You will receive a 6-digit OTP on your WhatsApp number.

6. Enter the OTP and click Verify Code.

7. After verification, login through the Client Portal.

STEP 2 – Connect WhatsApp Process

1. Open the Dashboard.

2. Click Connect Device.

3. A WhatsApp QR Code will appear.

4. Open WhatsApp on your mobile.

5. Go to Linked Devices → Link a Device.

6. Scan the QR Code shown on the dashboard.

7. Wait until your WhatsApp account shows as connected.

STEP 3 – Copy Session ID Process

1. Go to My Devices.

2. Check that your WhatsApp number shows Connected.

3. Copy the Session ID displayed under your connected device.

STEP 4 – Copy API Key Process

1. Go to API Docs / API Documentation.

2. Find YOUR ACTIVE API KEY.

3. Click Copy to copy the API Key.

STEP 5 – Setup in Tally Prime Process

1. Open Tally Prime.

2. Open your required company.

3. From Gateway of Tally Press Alt + W to open WhatsApp Module Setup screen and Enter below Details

4. Enter your Session ID.

5. Enter your API Key.

6. Save the settings.

STEP 6 – Tally Setup Process

1. Enable WhatsApp Features from Addon Features - F6

2. Enable WhatsApp in Voucher Type - Sales , Receipt , Payment Vouchers

3. Send WhatsApp in Text and PDF set to Yes
